Membership Policy

Welcome to the Goat Fam! This document explains what you are agreeing to. It also explains how it works if you wish to stop being a member.

Taking out a membership

  • Just head to Stonegoat and let the reception know you want to become one of the family. Your first month’s dues will be pro-rated based on the remaining number of days in the month, subject to a minimum payment of 450THB.

  • A 500THB signup fee applies if you have previously been a member. If this is your first time signing up then the fee will be waived!

  • At the time of signing up, you will be asked to provide payment details, such as a credit or debit card. These payment details will be stored securely by a third party PCI DSS certified provider.

  • It is your responsibility to keep your payment details up to date. You can update your payment details via the membership website.

  • Your membership will be billed on the 1st of every calendar month and will continue until your membership is cancelled or terminated.

  • If a payment is declined or fails, we will re-attempt to charge your payment details every few days.

  • If you visit Stonegoat with outstanding dues to be paid, you will need to settle the outstanding balance at the front desk before being allowed to climb.

Cancelling your membership

  • You may cancel your membership without penalty, however you must submit your cancellation request before midday on the last day of the month.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via the membership website https://member.stonegoatclimb.com/

Important: We cannot issue refunds on dues owed because you forgot to cancel your membership, even if you have not visited Stonegoat.

  • We do not pro-rate refunds, so your membership will be active until the end of the month.

  • If we have not been able to take payment and you have not cancelled your membership before the end of the month your monthly dues will roll over and you could be charged for two months’ due in one transaction.

  • Once you have cancelled your membership, there will be a 1 month cooling off period from the date the membership is cancelled during which you will not be able to sign up as a member again.

  • Please note that any existing legacy pricing or privileges will be lost when your membership is cancelled or forcibly terminated.

Freezing your membership

  • You can freeze your membership for the next 1, 2, or 3 calendar months without charge.

  • You must submit your freeze request by midday on the last day of the month prior to the commencement of the freeze period.

  • Freeze requests should be submitted via the membership website https://member.stonegoatclimb.com/

Important: We cannot issue refunds on dues owed because you forgot to freeze your membership, even if you haven’t visited Stonegoat during that period.

  • A freeze is effective from the 1st of the requested month and continues until you return to the gym or the requested period has ended.

  • When you request a freeze to your membership, you will still be able to visit Stonegoat up until the last day before the requested freeze period.

  • Once you have resumed your frozen membership, you will not be able to freeze your account again for at least 1 calendar month from the date of resumption.
